PARTY IN THE PARK 2024

​Party in the Park will take place on Saturday 13th July 2024 on the Millennium field.

This year's line-up includes one returning act and several new acts: -

The 3 Sixties - playing hits from the 60s

An interactive session where a cowboy hat would be in order!

5,6,7,8 Steps Experience - a tribute band performing Steps biggest hits.

The Subterraneans - a 5 piece band who not only cover great classics like U2, Killers, Kings of Leon, but also backed Hazel O'Connor for ten years
 

Gates open at 4pm. People can bring a small gazebo and space for these is allocated on a first come, first served basis. The event will finish at approximately 10.30pm with a firework finale.

There is limited onsite parking at £4 per car (cash only for parking please). Disabled parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the end of the rows nearest to the arena entrance, for vehicles displaying a valid blue badge only. The car park will open about 3:30pm. Please try to avoid coming early, as the roads need to be kept clear.

 

Bring along your own chairs and a picnic or alternatively there will be food available, such as burgers, a Pig Roast and crepes. There will be hot and cold drinks as well as a licensed bar.

 

Please note that there are no BBQs or firepits allowed and no dogs are allowed except for assistance dogs.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do I need a ticket for the event?

Adults need a valid e-ticket to gain entrance. No Ticket = No Entry

Children under 16 can enjoy free admission to the event when accompanied by an adult and will need a valid child's e-ticket.

There will be no tickets sales available at the gate, so please don't turn up on the night to try to buy tickets.

Where can I buy tickets? 

E-tickets are on sale and are available online only from Eventbrite

 

​What time do gates open?

Entry for ticket holders is from 4pm

There is no early entry allowed to set up gazebos etc

 

Are dogs allowed?

Assistance dogs only

 

Can I bring a gazebo?

There is limited space for those wishing to set up small gazebos. This is on a first come first served basis from 4pm only

 

Can I have a BBQ/fire?

The use of BBQs, fire pits etc on the Millennium Field is prohibited

 

Where can I park?

There are a limited number of car parking spaces on the field costs £4 (cash only for parking please). The car park will open about 3:30pm. Please try to avoid coming early, as the roads need to be kept clear.

Can I buy a ticket for/book a car parking space on the field?

Car parking on the field for £4 is on a first come first served basis on the day and cannot be pre-booked  (cash only for parking please). 

When can I collect my car from the field?

Cars left on the field overnight need to be collected between 10am and midday on Sunday 14th July. A fine may be incurred outside of these times.

 

Can I camp overnight?

Camping overnight on the Millennium Field is prohibited

 

What happens if I get injured at the event?

First Aid is located next to the entrance gate

 

What happens if I lose or damage my property?

We are sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged at the event. Baginton Events cannot be held responsible for this.

When volunteers are clearing up after the event, any property found will be collected.

 

Can I get my money back for tickets if I can’t come?

Tickets are non-refundable.

 

Can we bring a ball to play with?

Ball games are only permitted outside of the main area
